FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
January 3rd, 2022

Bennington, VT—Since assuming management in June of 2021, Allaire Health Services has elevated and enhanced patient services at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

A rising industry leader in nursing, health care, and rehabilitation, Allaire has partnered with the facility’s original owner, Southwestern Vermont Health Care (SVHC), to establish new operating protocols and a range of standout clinical programs.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the government organization that oversees health coverage within the United States, has awarded Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center a rarely bestowed 5-star rating, highlighting its well-laid operations and exceptional patient care.

A 5-star rating represents the CMS’s topmost marks. Because of how stringently it evaluates the quality and performance of thousands of care facilities nationwide, the bar for this designation is set extremely high. Allaire Health Services is pleased with the hard work and positive leadership that led to this achievement.

As Allaire’s mission statement details, the company “strives to continually foster the progress of each person towards their maximum level of physical, mental, social, and spiritual functioning in a warm, attentive state-of-the-art environment.”

Among the offerings and services that earned The Center its rating, Allaire has particularly bolstered the infectious disease and cardiology programs. The infectious disease program focuses on early detection, prevention, and control of diseases in a post-covid world, while also working to combat resistance to antibiotics. The Center’s cardiac program provides extensive care for men and women experiencing a spectrum of heart conditions.

Other services within The Center include subacute post-operative care, physical and occupational therapy, stroke recovery, wound care, pulmonary care, pain management, oncology, long-term care, and more.

Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is one of eight healthcare centers within the Allaire portfolio. The company looks forward to continuing its synergy with Southwestern Vermont Health Care, improving the lives of individual patients and serving the community at large.
