Established in 1829, Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has been part of our community for more than 189 years. From 1967 to 1997, our center was known as the Cumberland County Nursing Home, and in 1997 our name was changed to Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Our top-rated care was awarded one of “America’s Best Nursing Homes” by Newsweek and “2020 Best of Cumberland County Nursing Facility”.
