The skilled nursing industry and federal regulations are ever-changing and moving very quickly, so the Cumberland County Commissioners engaged the service of Susquehanna Group Advisors (SGA), to find a reputable buyer who is proficient in this industry and can keep Claremont a top-notch facility.
Through the Request For Proposal (RFP) and Bidding process, the evaluation team is looking for:
- A company to improve the quality of care for our residents, and provide additional opportunities for our employees.
- A reputable and financially stable buyer who is proficient in this industry and can keep Claremont a top facility and provide the knowledge to run a facility through the ever-changing federal regulations.
The applicants are being fully vetted. This decision will be made with the best interest of the residents and employees in mind. We are not selling to the highest bidder; but rather, the best fit for Claremont.
